Assuring Business Continuity – Services Provided By Kingslake
General services available to all Kingslake customers:
- Remotely monitor the systems/databases and provide support on backing up and restoring databases if necessary
- Educate on possible issues related to systems/databases and other scenarios
- Provide extended services. In case the IT team is not available to support, Kingslake could get involved and manage the databases/systems wherever possible.
Specific services to customers using Progress databases:
- Take action in order to manage and rectify any database specific issues
- Provide support on fine-tuning your databases, help you with dump and load services if required
Specific services to Infor CSI (SyteLine) customers:
- Take action in order to manage and rectify any mission-critical issues
- Provide any specific fine-tuning services to the system
- Urgent reports that would be required to view essential information from the system can be provided on a priority basis
- In a situation where disaster recovery is required, Kingslake, together with Dialog will provide the required implementation and support
- For any modules that are required to be implemented immediately, Kingslake could provide the required license and services
Google Professional Services:
- Quickly set up Google chat & meet
- Remotely setup procedures and train the staff to get them up to speed as soon as possible
- Provide services to setup tools such as Google Drive & email for collaboration and working from home
KB WMS for COVID 19 – Emergency Product Supply Management:
- Quickly set up virtual warehouses to manage emergency supplies where the staff could work from home and manage the processes
- Remotely provide support in setting up and training staff to get them up to speed as soon as possible
